This firm overview is about Christina Scott who is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Ms. Scott received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2001. During her time at the University of New Hampshire, Ms. Scott was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Psi Chi National Honor Society. She participated in school activities as a member of the 2007 Women’s Crew Team and 2001 study abroad program in London, England. Ms. Scott went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA.
During Ms. Scott’s time at Suffolk University Law School, she worked part-time as a law clerk for a local boutique firm near her home town. While clerking at this firm, Ms. Scott was first exposed to the sensitive issues the attorneys and clients were faced with on a daily basis. She was impressed by the individual attention the attorney gave to each client and with his respectful and caring nature. She had the opportunity to observe and learn from local family law attorneys who understood the importance of their role in not only their client’s lives, but in the lives of their children. Ms. Scott has applied the knowledge and skills and she obtained during her clerkship to her career and has adopted the same values in her attorney/client relationships.
In forming Scott Law Offices, Ms. Scott’s focus is to provide clients with personal attention and experienced representation in their Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support and Criminal Defense matter. Ms. Scott believes that family is of the utmost importance. Prior to forming Scott Law Offices, Ms. Scott spent several years as a Deputy Public Defender at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and as an Associate Attorney with boutique family law firms in Scottsdale and North Phoenix. Ms. Scott is an experienced family law attorney handling divorce, child custody, child support, orders of protection and other family law matters. Her criminal defense experience includes felony, misdemeanor and traffic offenses and numerous jury trials.
